Job Description:

Our Solution Advisors help organizations realize thecomplete potential of data-driven decision making and how they canachieve marketing campaign optimization by leveraging Wyzoo’s AI-based decision management engine. We assist clients in understanding the importance of voluminous data, make the data talk, educate them on navigating the decision making framework and continuously strive to provide business insights that can be easily understood. We partner with our clients and serve as a decision engineer, translating meaningful analytic insights and assisting ineffective & profitable decision making.

Advisors play akey role in driving solution evaluations from discovery to service selection; along the way demonstrating Wyzoo capabilities and driving home business value. They provide information & analysis for clients to use indecision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

The role will also include significant consulting / client facing work comprised of:

  • Assessing decision making environment, data, tech stack and marketing goals and objectives Working with prospects (and customers) to clarify requirements of different stakeholders & for implementing business cases
  • Data review & analysis; gain understanding of what data is available to us and identify information gaps
  • Consultation; aid decision management by generating client recommendations aimed at improving marketing results/optimizing marketing spend, participate in the generation of ideas
  • Defining clients’ business improvement opportunities & translating those opportunities into projects
  • Distilling detailed information about clients’ programs, customers and prospects to easy-to-understand visualizations
  • Researching, developing and testing client solutions, tools or systems that support attracting the attention of the right audience at the right time, making conversion rates higher and improving customer retention
  • Delivering clear, well-communicated and complete project/solution requirements documents & identifying resources to satisfy customer-specific processes and business requirements
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships within assigned accounts, providing ongoing updates & tracking progress
  • Ensuring customers are successfully on-boarded by producing detailed statements of work for our implementation teams & facilitate smooth handoff to account management team (serve in this capacity until this function is added)
  • Ensure successful ongoing operations with knowledge transfer to customers
