CONSULTING TRACK

Initial Interview

A successful candidate will be a data-driven person who enjoys data modeling and technologies and is an excellent communicator. A person who will take any challenge and make it his/her own to support both clients and our team.

Assessment

The Wyzoo team considers behavioral competencies when hiring. Final candidates will be asked to take the Caliper Profile, an assessment tool that evaluates intrinsic motivations relative to the role’s responsibilities.

Team Interviews

We are a close knit group and future success relies heavily on our ability to work effectively as a team. You will meet with each of the key stakeholders to understand if you can keep pace with these high-energy, self-starters who want to win. Meeting may occur individually or in a group setting.

Team Presentation

You are welcome to present a recent project that you worked on. We are interested in understanding how you approached an opportunity/problem, the solution you came up with and the results you were able to generate. Please include a short PowerPoint. Time allotment: 30 minutes.
